Why do I need to create an account?
Creating an account at Olympiceyewear enables you to shop faster, keep track of your order status and access previous order history. You can also choose to receive special promotions and discounts (subscription to newsletter is optional).
The accuracy and validity of the information you provide when registering an account and placing your order is crucial and will affect your order's processing and dispatch time.

I can't log in to the website, what should I do?
The e-mail address you provided during registration is your log-in. The password is case sensitive. In the event of you forgetting your password you can retrieve it with your login name (your e-mail address). If you forget your login name or you did not receive your new password, please contact us for assistance. Feel free to contact us with any question or problem regarding accessing or using your account.
How do I place an order?
Once you have created an account you are able to place orders on our secure website. You will not loose any items in your Shopping Cart when you log out. You will be able to estimate shipping costs at any time during shopping. After you submit your order we will notify you of all changes to your order's status.
Can I place an order over the phone?
If you prefer to place an order over the phone, you can call us at 1-888-303-9393 in the US or +1-801-975-1522 outside USA and a sales representative will assist you with placing your order.
What is the Minimum Order Size?
At Olympiceyewear.com there is no minimum order size, however, we cannot break dozens or sell sunglasses by pairs. A Single sale unit is one dozen (unless stated otherwise).

Orders totaling $5000 or more must be paid by a Wire Transfer only.
Your website does not accept my credit card. Can you help?
Olympiceyewear.com accepts all major credit cards. Please double check and make sure that correct card number is entered without spaces. If you are still experiencing difficulties processing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Do you charge sales taxes?
Sales tax applies to all Utah customers orders, unless a copy of your Utah Sales Tax Certificate is provided.
How secure is your web-site?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us. We will reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order with you over the phone. It is important that necessary precautions are taken by protecting your computer from unauthorized use and not revealing the account password to anyone.
How can I calculate the shipping?
Olympiceyewear.com utilizes a program that is integrated with our shipping partners software for calculations of shipping. It allows to instantly calculate postage expenses specific to your postal code and to the items in the cart. You can calculate shipping costs for the items you accumulated in the Shopping Cart at any time during shopping. The actual (not estimated) costs of shipping will be provided for all shipping methods available to your zip code or country.
Do you charge any hidden handling fees?
Olympiceyewear.com does not disguise any handling fees in the shipping summary. The shipping rates you pay are our bulk discounted UPS or the standard USPS rates. Our international UPS rates are half the standard UPS charge.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders placed before 2:00pm (Mountain Standard Time) will ship the same working day. Some orders of a large size can take longer to process. In the event that additional verifications are required our sales representative will contact you and inform of any questions we might have. Making our service efficient is our priority, therefore you can be assured that your order will be processed and dispatched in a timely and professional manner.

How can I check on my shipping status?
The current status of your order can be viewed from your user account. Additionally, e-mail notifications will be sent to you whenever the status of your order changes.

Can you use my UPS account for shipping?
No, all orders are shipped via our UPS and USPS accounts.
Do you ship C.O.D.?
No, we don't ship C.O.D.
If I order one item from your website, will I get 12 pairs?
Correct. Every item has indication stating how many pairs come per 1 sale item. All sunglasses are sold by the dozen.
- 1 sale item of sunglasses = 1 dozen
- 1 sale item of sunglasses accessories = 1 dozen
- 1 sale item of snow goggles = 1 pair
- 1 sale item of sunglasses display = 1 display (sunglass displays are sold by piece)
What exactly is "assorted" dozen and "single color" dozen?
An assorted dozen (or mixed dozen) is a dozen of a certain model that comes in a variety of colors (all colors are displayed for each model). Selling by assorted dozen is the traditional way of distributing wholesale sunglasses.
A single color dozen is a dozen of a certain model that comes in a single color (the color is displayed). Please note, it is not possible to pick a random color from any assorted dozen and order it as a single color. You can only choose those items that are available on our website.
An assorted model dozen is a dozen of a certain brand or type of sunglasses that comes in a variety of models and colors. This option is great for ordering samples or sunglass packages.
* when ordering assorted dozen from time to time you may receive some colors that are slightly different from the one's displayed. However this is not common. To have a guarantee that you receive all colors as displayed, you need to order a single color dozen.
Can I choose which colors are included in assorted dozen?
You cannot choose the colors for assorted dozen or otherwise change its contents. All assorted dozens come pre-mixed from the factory. Each assorted dozen of sunglasses comes in a variety of colors displayed in the images. For ordering specific colors you can choose from the single color dozen selection.
Do you have your sunglasses in stock?
All products displayed on our website are in stock and ready to ship.
Can a custom logo be placed on the sunglasses?
Any existing styles of sunglasses can be customized with your logo. This is done by placing a special order and manufacturing sunglasses according to your specifications. There is a minimum requirement of 100 dozen per model and a maximum of 4 colors. If more colors are needed the quantity have to be increased by 25 dozen per additional color. The order will be send to our factory with the total turnaround time of approximately 3 months.
Do your sunglasses provide UV Protection?
All our sunglasses comply with US and International UV Protection Standards and are safe to wear.
Are lenses made of plastic or glass?
The majority of our sunglasses are made using polycarbonate(PC) plastic lenses.
What discounts do you offer?
Discounts are offered based on the volume of your order. Discounts are calculated automatically at checkout (shipping costs are not discounted)
- over $500 - 5% discount
- over $1000 - 10% discount
- over $3000 - 15% discount
- over $5000 - 20% discount (all orders totaling $5000 or more must be paid by wire transfer)

Is local pick-up available?
Olympiceyewear’s corporate office is not open to the general public. However, we can arrange a meeting time over the phone. Please call us in advance of your visit and have the list of items ready to speed up the check out process. You can prepay for the order you are picking up or we can accept a credit card payment in person.
Do I have to have a business in order to be able to purchase from you?
No, you don’t have to have a business or business license. We sell our merchandise Wholesale to the Public.
Do you have a catalog?
Olympiceyewear.com does not offer any printed material at the moment. The product offered is presented on our website. Currently all information we communicate to our clients is send electronically.

Can I order 12 different models of sunglasses in one box?
Yes, you can order assorted models of sunglasses from Olympiceyewear.com. Each dozen of our assorted models features specific brand or type of sunglasses in a variety of styles and colors. If you are looking to order sunglass packages or samples this is an option you might want to consider. The styles you receive with assorted models cannot be selected or guaranteed. You will receive a variety of styles from our product line. What we can guarantee is that you receive the same styles we offer on our website, no discounted or outdated models will be sent.
Selling the Sunglasses
How much do your sunglasses retail for?
Although it is totally up to your discretion at what price to sell the sunglasses, we recommend selling our sunglasses for $10-$15 a pair in the U.S. ($20-$50 a pair for ski goggles). In countries of Western and Eastern Europe, South America in Australia and other you can normally sell our sunglasses for a higher price. It is to your benefit to consider factors such as location, model of sunglasses, the way of distribution and your competitor’s prices as part of your selling strategy. We know as a fact from our own experience that practically in any business our sunglasses will have great potential to make profit.

Olympiceyewear.com provides images for businesses and individuals who start distributing our products online in our effort to save our clients resources and improve their marketing response. Images of the same resolution and quality as you see at our website can be obtained absolutely free. The images are provided only for the items already purchased.
How can I get images of sunglasses from you?
Images can be obtained only for the items already purchased from Olympiceyewear. In the meantime you can submit a request to receive images with your order, through e-mail or over the phone. (We are working on adding a function that will allow to instantly download images of sunglasses you have ordered from the My Account page).
