Return Policy will accept merchandise returns and issue store credit or refund limited to the following terms and conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
You are responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon arrival. Any defective/unwanted items must be returned back to us within 30 calendar days.

Sunglasses must be returned in complete dozens.
Returned items must be received in full sale units (dozens, unless otherwise specified) and in the original condition in which they were received. Removal of swing tags or plastic protective bags, signs of wear, use or prolonged exhibition of merchandise and factory packaging may result in refusal of return.

Package returning items appropriately.
We will not be able to process your return if the stock is damaged due to inappropriate or insufficient packaging.

Help us identify your return
Please enclose a copy of your purchase invoice with your return. The .pdf copy of the invoice can be downloaded from your order history.

Store credit will be calculated based on the original amount paid for the merchandise. If you are returning merchandise for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived. The amount of issued store credit will be reflected at the bottom of your "Shopping Cart" page and will be automatically applied toward your next order with us.

Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any expenses associated with delivery and return cannot be reimbursed unless items were shipped in error or the order was damaged in transit.
