To place an order on our website you need to create a user account. Olympiceyewear does NOT share or sell any information you provide us with to third parties (read our Privacy Policy). We do not send spam. Be sure to check the “newsletter” box to receive our exclusive offers and stay updated on new arrivals. | Minimum order size |
|
There is no minimum order. A single sale unit is one dozen (for some product such as Snow Goggles or sunglass displays the sale unit size may vary). Due to the wholesale nature of business a $5.00 handling fee will be added to orders below $100 (excluding shipping).

The discount will be deducted automatically as the total amount in the shopping cart (before shipping) reaches $500. We also offer special case pricing to wholesalers.

| Placing the order for individual Colors |
|
Yes, we offer select styles of wholesale sunglasses for order by individual colors. This is an amazing option for all internet retailers. This is also a great opportunity for all store owners if you look at it from the angle of inventory control. Did you talk to our competitors and ask them about ordering single colors? The best they can do for you today, they’ll advise you to do a custom order, pay a deposit, then to wait for 3-6 months. Additionally you will hear that there is an order minimum. After hearing all this most will give up the idea. The truth is that other sunglass wholesalers are not set up right to provide easy ordering for specific colors. At Olympiceyewear we pride ourselves on helping you do the job that’s traditionally been retailer’s overhead. Not all of the sunglasses are offered by individual colors, but many of those that are offered are among our best sellers. You can locate all current sunglass models sold by colors by clicking here.

| Item Out Of Stock |

Olympiceyewear operates a 15000 sq ft warehouse. And 99% of all sunglasses and accessories you can find on this web site are guaranteed to be present in this warehouse. However there may be 2 scenarios when we can be out of stock: if we run out of a model during the day or if we have limited inventory and you place a large order. Either way we’ll first contact you to find alternative replacement. If the substitution is not an option, the out of stock model will be excluded from your order. You can always inquire on the ETA of the models that are currently out of stock. Our sales team will have information about it.

Once the order has been shipped you will receive a letter of confirmation, advising you of the shipping details. You can also, visit our website and check your order status by choosing "My Account".

| Return and Refund Policy |
Any product that is returned to us must be in original condition in which it was received. Sunglasses must be returned in full dozen, in their plastic bags and with present tags. We will issue a store credit and waive restocking fee. If a refund is requested a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Note: all shipping and low order costs are non-refundable.

| Custom ordering |
|
Sunglasses can be customized and ordered with your logo, custom tags, polarized lens and other features. Customers need to provide their own artwork or we can create a design for you. If you require no logo we can arrange for that too. Additionally, we can make frame and lens colors to your request or to your sample. Minimum order size for a custom order ranges from 25 to 100 dozen depending on model of sunglasses. The turnaround time for custom order is 3-4 months, including delivery.
